He has built a track record of delivering best-of-breed software solutions to complex business problems. His core competency is in mortgage origination systems. Serving a broad customer base, his systems have continuously challenged the standard for the industry, adding functionality and ease-of-use features that have increased throughput and decreased cost to process. In 2011, Carmine founded Blue Sage Solutions. Using advanced technology stacks with Cloud and Mobile, Blue Sage Solutions provides end-to-end loan origination platforms for the Consumer Lending industry.

David Aach has more than twenty-five years’ experience in the mortgage & finance industry with a focus on increasing relationships with industry partners, clients and prospects. Prior to Blue Sage, Aach led the sales and marketing team as executive vice president of Docutech, helping the company more than double its revenue and become an industry leader in its field. Before Docutech, Aach worked for 10 years at IBM Corp. as director and industry expert in its mortgage practice. He previously served as chief operating officer at Palisades Technology Partners, which was acquired by IBM in 2006. At Palisades he worked with its founder and president, Carmine Cacciavillani, who later then founded Blue Sage Solutions.
John has over thirty years of experience in software and services settings, primarily in growth technology businesses across all aspects of accounting, finance and M&A. He has served as chief financial officer of several technology businesses, achieving successful exits. He also worked with IBM Corp. in a number of roles, including as CFO of its Lending Services business, as well as Palisades Technology Partners.
Steve’s career is marked by successful design, development and delivery of complex and innovative mortgage lending and transaction management systems in financial services. He puts a strong focus on product design, customer needs analysis and enterprise class IT performance. He is a practical, results-oriented individual with extensive mortgage banking industry experience and utilizes motivational style leadership to drive results with his staff and peers, to deliver client value. Steve joined Blue Sage Solutions as their CTO in early 2016 to help drive growth and technical innovation projects. Steve has worked with this core team within several prior organizations. Before Blue Sage, Steve spent nine years with IBM’s Global Business Services responsible for IBM’s Lender Solutions platform architecture and technical business strategy.
Joey has been dedicated to designing, developing, implementing, supporting, and selling mortgage origination technologies for over 25 years. He has worked with a variety of the largest banks and mortgage companies in the U.S. and abroad in designing and implementing mortgage origination technology solutions and assisted with transformational process re-engineering. Prior to leading sales at Blue Sage Solutions, he held numerous management roles, including sales, technical services and training departments while providing product design, technical support, project management, and implementation expertise. Joey has published a number of industry articles, participated in industry expert roundtables, and has been a speaker and panelist at industry conferences.
Tina Kosur leads the Project Management Office (PMO) at Blue Sage Solutions, where she oversees delivery of complex LOS and servicing implementations and strategic initiatives. With over 25 years of experience in mortgage tech and financial services, Tina blends business and technology leadership to drive measurable results. Tina has a proven track record of rescuing high-risk projects and building scalable delivery frameworks. She brings deep experience from her work at Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, and Willis Towers Watson—and has become a cornerstone of Blue Sage’s implementation success since joining in 2020.
Maya Gardner has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software delivery and program management, including 10 years in mortgage technology, with a focus on scaling organizations through disciplined execution, capacity planning, and delivery governance. At Blue Sage Solutions, Maya serves as Director of Program Management, overseeing core product development, business analysis, and production support teams while leading the company’s software release and delivery processes. Prior to joining Blue Sage in 2020, she spent five years at ICE Mortgage Technology (Ellie Mae) in Professional Services as Consulting Partner Program Manager, supporting partner enablement and internal delivery improvements. Earlier in her career, Maya held leadership roles across software development, PMO, and professional services in multiple industries, helping organizations modernize operations and grow efficiently.
